Objective: to explore the influence of strength training under unsteady state conditions on the body balance ability of taekwondo practitioners through experimental intervention,and to provide theoretical basis for the application of strength training under unsteady state conditions in the training of body balance.Methods: in this study,28 taekwondo practitioners with one or more black belts were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(14)and the control group(14).The experimental group received unsteady strength training,while the control group received general strength training.The experiment lasted for 10 weeks,3 times a week.Before and after the experiment,star offset balance test was used to test the subjects in the two groups: ANT,ALAT,LAT,PLAT,POST,PMED,MED and AMED.Before and after the experiment,the us-made Biodex balance test system was used to test the stability of the two groups of subjects:(1)the monopod posture,and the indicators included: OSI,API and MLI.(2)dynamic stability limit tests,indicators include: Overall,Forward,Backward,Right,Left,F/R,F/L,B/R and B/L.Before and after the experiment,the test of the degree of potential movement completion was carried out: the indicators included: 37-step hand knife inner block with right crane upright step diamond block,mabu mountain block with crane upright step diamond block,mabu positive boxing side punch + cross step + mabu positive boxing side punch.Results: 1.After 10 weeks of strength training intervention under unstable conditions,compared with the experimental group before the experiment,there were significant differences in the dynamic balance ability of the experimental group under the conditions of stable support surface and unstable support surface(P<0.05);2.The dynamic stability limit test indexes were significantly different(P<0.05).2.After 10 weeks of strength training intervention under unstable conditions,postural stability ability of the experimental group showed significant changes compared with that before the experiment(P<0.05).3.After 10 weeks of strength training intervention under unsteady conditions,there was a significant difference in the completion rate of product potential movement test between the experimental group and the experimental group(P<0.01).4.After 10 weeks of traditional strength training intervention,after the control group experiment,compared with before the experiment,in the dynamic balance test of star deviation,there was no significant difference in other indicators except POST and PMED(P<0.05).In the postural stability test,there was no significant difference between the left and right feet(P>0.05).There weresignificant differences among the three test results(P<0.05).Conclusion :(1)compared with traditional strength training,strength training under unsteady condition has a more significant effect on improving the body dynamic balance ability of taekwondo practitioners,among which the lifting range of the inner side and the rear side of the supporting foot is better than that of the outer side and the front side of the supporting foot.Under the condition of single-leg support,the improvement of the body dynamic balance ability of the practitioners can promote the smooth performance of one-leg support techniques such as legwork and footwork connection.(2)compared with traditional strength training,strength training under unsteady conditions has a more significant effect on the improvement of posture maintenance ability of potential practitioners,with the largest increase in frontal area.The improvement of posture maintenance ability has a significant effect on the improvement of the footwork that requires higher stability of body posture,such as the crane step.(3)compared with traditional strength training,under the condition of imbalance,the strength training under the condition of unsteady state has a more significant improvement effect on the control ability of body gravity center movement of potential exerciser,in which the front side is superior to the back side in the sagittal plane,and the right side is superior to the left side in the f0 rontal plane.(4)compared with traditional strength training,strength training under unsteady conditions can more effectively improve the stability of the completion of product potential technical movements.
