Research On Education And Training Development Of Center Commonweal Geological Survey Team

Public geological work is basic and important for geological work in our country,and the quality of people relates the development of geological work. With the overalldevelopment of our society, the state has further promoted the construction andtraining of public geological survey team, effectively making the public geologicalsurvey team healthily develop. But at present our country public geological surveyteam construction still cannot meet the needs of national economic and socialdevelopment of the realistic need, apart from modern, knowledgeable, professionaltalent training goal and there is not a small distance." Therefore, how to strengthenand perfect the central public geological talents’ education and training system willundoubtedly become an important and urgent work in a current and henceforth period.The article is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, mainlyintroduces the background and significance of topics, related concepts and theories,and presents the research contents and research methods. The second part introducesthe central public welfare geological personnel of the status quo and the demand.Thethird part introduses the education and training of the basic situation, problem analysis,proposed the development direction. The fourth part is the important conclusion ofthis paper, the integration of existing universities, research institutes and otherinstitutional resources, according to the existing training system problems and needs,construction of the central public welfare geological talent education and trainingsystem. The fifth part is to improve education and training of personnel is proposed,namely the late follow-up safeguard measures.This paper draws the following conclusions: the investigation of the centralpublic welfare geological talent team current situation and existence problem; centralpublic geological personnel education and training system of the current situation anddemand; integration of resources, from expert system, course system, training systemaspects, and construct central public welfare geological talents’ education and trainingsystem. From the system of protection, funds guarantee, organization guarantee, andresource guarantee four respects, put forward later stages of training system ofsafeguard measures.
