With the advent of the information era,the rapid development of economic an social needs of the public culture system to match the providing people with more comprehensive cultural service,people on the public culture is not simply limited tothe past single public cultural projects,cultural development is imminent.On the other hand,the development of public culture can not be separated from the support of talents.To cultivate and bring up a contingent of public cultural talents with sufficient quantity,reasonable structure and good quality is related to the improvement of the comprehensive strength of a country and a region.The current situation and the law of deep understanding and accurate grasp of the regional public cultural talents training,for the construction of public cultural system,enhance the level of public cultural services,have far-reaching practical significance to promote cultural development and prosperity.At present,more research focused on the development of human resources,the analysis of the public sector personnel training is still very vague.The existing academic theory can not fully meet the needs of the development of public culture.Based on the related theory of management and sociology,re deconstruction concept of public cultural talents training mechanism,and uses questionnaire and interview methods to collect first-hand data,quantitative analysis,theory research to enrich the public cultural talents training.This paper intends to study the current situation,framework and operation of the training system of Guang'an public cultural talents.In order to explore the current situation and problems of China's public cultural personnel training,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to support the sustainable,healthy and rapid development of public cultural system.The full text is divided into the following parts:The first part of the introduction,through the research background,literature review and other preparatory work,the previous research on an objective and comprehensive summary and summary.And the significance of this study and possible innovation point of view.The second part is the analysis of the concept,mainly on the concept of public cultural personnel training,such as multi-dimensional deconstruction,and will be applied to the human capital theory,incentive theory is explained.It provides a reliable theoretical support for the following research.The third part researches,the specific circumstances from the aspects of training of public cultural talents in Guang'an,the specific implementation subject,content,framework and mechanism analysis of comprehensive training of public cultural talents in Guang'an City,the focus of scientific combing has formed mechanism.The fourth part of the empirical analysis,through questionnaires and interviews,quantitative research,characteristics and defects analysis of the training of public cultural talents in Guang'an,to display a full range of training and the problems.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some constructive suggestions,which can be used as a reference for the study of the training mechanism of public cultural talents through quantitative and qualitative research.This paper explores the Guang'an public cultural talents training mechanism,perfecting the system of public cultural talent training mechanism;through the analysis of the characteristics of public cultural talents training concept of Guang'an City,the public sector innovation development idea of public cultural talents training,promote the healthy and orderly development of public culture.
