| The rapid development of my country’s transportation industry has led to a huge demand for talents,and skilled talents play the role of the mainstay in the transportation industry.For the public transport group,as a labor-intensive enterprise,the quality and ability of the skilled personnel in the enterprise also represent the core competitiveness of the public transport group enterprise.Therefore,the training speed and quality of skilled personnel must be accelerated to ensure the future development of the enterprise.However,from the current situation,the training system of skilled personnel of Beijing Public Transport Group has obviously lagged behind the development of the city.The problems such as insufficient research on talent needs,practicality,effectiveness and pertinence of training content,and rigid training process are becoming more and more serious.It is very unfavorable to the future development of Beijing Public Transport Group.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth investigation of the current situation of the training of skilled personnel of Beijing Public Transport Group,and find out the main problems,so as to optimize the training system of skilled personnel of Beijing Public Transport Group and enhance the competitive advantage of Beijing Public Transport Group.Under the principle of linking theory with practice,this study sorts out the relevant training theories and reviews the related research at home and abroad.On this basis,taking Beijing Public Transport Group as a research case and the company’s training system for skilled personnel as the research object,it analyzes the problems existing in the training system,and summarizes the main problems in the current training system of Beijing Public Transport Group,including the training system.Inadequate training,inadequate training implementation,extensive evaluation and feedback methods,lagging development of training course materials,and insufficient training system construction.The reasons for the problems are analyzed from three aspects:training management,training organization,and training operation.After that,combined with the characteristics of the industry and the characteristics of Beijing Public Transport Group,optimize the current training system for skilled personnel,and propose to improve the construction of the training system,strengthen the implementation of the training system,refine the evaluation and feedback methods,innovate the content of training materials,and improve the training-related systems.And put forward the policy and resource guarantee measures in the follow-up training implementation process.This paper studies the introduction of enterprise management concepts into the training level of public management departments,and explores a new training system for skilled personnel in the public transportation industry,which not only provides help and guidance for the improvement of the training management level of skilled personnel of Beijing Public Transport Group,but also enriches my country’s public transportation.Research content related to the theoretical system of industry training. |
