Chimeric Symbiosis:A Study On The Training Practice Of Public Welfare And Charity Talents

In recent years,China’s public charity industry has developed rapidly,the demand for public charity talents is rising,but the talent supply is slightly insufficient,and the professional level is low.In this context,the practical exploration of public welfare and charity talent training is increasing.Among them,the foundation’s practice of public welfare and charity talent training relying on the master’s education of social work in Colleges and universities not only helps to explore the path of public welfare and charity talent training in Colleges and universities,but also widens the research direction and career choice of social work students.The professional education of social work and the cultivation of public welfare and charity talents are gradually moving towards the road of “chimerism and symbiosis”.Firstly,this paper combs the development context and practical projects of public welfare and charity talent training in China;Secondly,taking the foundation’s practical project of cultivating public welfare and charity talents based on the master’s education of social work in Colleges and universities as an example,through text analysis and participation observation,summarize the practical content of the project,and analyze the characteristics,achievements and challenges;Thirdly,interviews and questionnaires are conducted with teachers and students majoring in social work in Colleges and universities,experts and scholars in the field of public welfare and charity,and SWOT analysis is used to summarize the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of social work in the cultivation of public welfare and charity talents,so as to find a breakthrough in the cooperation and exchange between the education of social work and the cultivation of public welfare and charity talents,so as to draw a conclusion that the two should take the path of “chimeric symbiosis”.Finally,based on the “embedding theory”,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of “chimeric symbiosis” between social work professional education and public welfare and charity talent training.We should embed the training objectives of public welfare and charity talents into social work professional education,and embed the professional advantages of social work into the practice of public welfare and charity talent training,so as to realize “mutual embedding”,from how to “embed” to how to “combine”,and then from“chimeric” to “symbiosis”,Closely linked,through cooperation and exchange,we can make common progress and promote win-win results without crossing the border.
