In recent years, social sports specialty has rapidly developed, and it has beeninvolved into the Colleges and Universities Professional Directory by ministry ofeducation since1998. In addition,200more universities have set up social sportsspecialty up to the year of2009. On the current development of the recent situation,although more and more colleges have established the major of social sports, a largeamount of problems need to be solved. The train objective of social sports has notbeen particularly clear so far, and the subjects that have been established areextensive but not stand out, which leads to that the students of social sports have nottheir style. With the development of the society, people aren’t concentrated taste onthe traditional events such as basketball, football, volleyball and so on.The smallball’s sports have been stand out in international competitions in recent years, whichlead to the prevalence and development of these sports. People are interest in thesesports which are easy to expansion and more fashion, so the society needs a largeamount of professionals and instructors. The training goal of social sports is todevelop master basic sports knowledge, grasp the technology of movements whichcan guide the masses of people to exercise, to entertain and relax, and guide peopleto do more physical exercise scientifically. The need of the market can promote theprofessional development of social sports and improve the major of social sports’employment rate.This passage investigates the small ball sports’ curriculum projects which comefrom12universities of Shandong Province via questionnaires, interviews withexperts, literature review, mathematical statistics, logical analysis means and so on.This passage focuses on investigation and analysis by courses positioning, the set ofthe number of hours of ball movement course, the course of the evaluation of thesmall ball movement, the faculty building of small ball movement course, the venuesquantity and quality of the ball sports courses investigation and analysis. The surveyanalysis found that the ball movement courses of the universities of ShandongProvince are mostly located in the elective course which is not conductive to thecultivation of students’ interest. Universities of Shandong Province in the movementof the ball are reasonable on the set of General Course hours, but most schools canincrease the main vice selected lessons to ensure that students have the opportunityand time to learn and consolidate technical skills. We should pay more attention tochoose a combination of theory and practice of evaluation content, and enrich themethods of evaluation in the aspect of small ball movement evaluation of the coursecontent. Universities in Shandong Province have been paying more attention to thebuilding of the small ball courses teaching staff construction in recent years, and thegradual introduction of a part of the professional technical education teachers, whichlead to that the contingent of the small ball teacher presented the trend of high leveland high education. There are some schools because of the number of teacheremploy external part-time teachers to ensure the quality of teaching. There also exista small part of teachers who conduct the small ball courses’ teaching by self-loving.Schools should gradually replace this part of teachers, while optimizing the age of teachers. The number of college small ball sports venues in Shandong Provinceneeds to be improved, should increase investment to provide a good environment forstudent learning. At the same time, in their spare time we can rent outside thestadium, on one hand, we can improve the utilization of the venues; on the otherhand, we can maintain the day-to-day maintenance of the stadium.
