The training goal of social sports is todevelop master basic sports knowledge, grasp the technology of movements whichcan guide the masses of people to exercise, to entertain and relax, and guide peopleto do more physical exercise scientifically. We should pay more attention tochoose a combination of theory and practice of evaluation content, and enrich themethods of evaluation in the aspect of small ball movement evaluation of the coursecontent. Universities in Shandong Province have been paying more attention to thebuilding of the small ball courses teaching staff construction in recent years, and thegradual introduction of a part of the professional technical education teachers, whichlead to that the contingent of the small ball teacher presented the trend of high leveland high education. There are some schools because of the number of teacheremploy external part-time teachers to ensure the quality of teaching. There also exista small part of teachers who conduct the small ball courses’ teaching by self-loving.Schools should gradually replace this part of teachers, while optimizing the age of teachers. The number of college small ball sports venues in Shandong Provinceneeds to be improved, should increase investment to provide a good environment forstudent learning. At the same time, in their spare time we can rent outside thestadium, on one hand, we can improve the utilization of the venues; on the otherhand, we can maintain the day-to-day maintenance of the stadium.
