With the continuous expansion of colleges and universities,there are more and more talents with high knowledge,quality and education.A large number of excellent graduates are pouring into the society.Compared with the growing number of graduates,the needs of the employers have not changed too much.The phenomenon of employment difficulties arises,and the graduates are competing for the limited employment opportunities.The small ball sports event is made up of sports such as table tennis,badminton and tennis.In the early years,the employment prospects of the postgraduates were very optimistic.With the emergence of the difficult employment phenomenon,the employment situation of the postgraduates has also changed.In order to solve the problem of difficult employment for postgraduates in small ball sports event,this paper investigates the core competitiveness of postgraduates in small ball projects.This study takes the 2009-2016 small ball sports event master postgraduates of Tianjin University of Sport as the research object,and investigates them by means of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,logical analysis and mathematical statistics.At the early stage of this paper,the literature material method is used to organize the relevant research ideas of the selected topics,to examine and screen the problems to be investigated and studied one by one,and to find out the components of the core competition ability of the 2009 to 2016 postgraduates in Tianjin University of Sport better,in order to improve the ore competitiveness of graduates of our school and promote better employment.Based on the research and analysis,the core competitiveness of Tianjin University of Sport’s 2009 to 2016 small ball sports event master postgraduates is discussed,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Learning ability is the essential ability of the core competitiveness of small ball sports event master postgraduates.The key points include knowledge reserve,observation ability,memory ability,thinking ability,comprehension ability,attention ability and so on.(2)Innovation ability is the foundation for other capabilities to be developed.With the development of the society,more and more new things appear.It requires that small ball sports event master postgraduates should have the consciousness of innovation,think through innovative mind,make a set of feasible plans and then use innovative technology to complete it.(3)Professional competence is a prerequisite for improving the core competitiveness of postgraduates.The level of professionalism determines whether we can find jobs successfully or not.(4)Interpersonal communication is the basis for successful work.Without good interpersonal skills,it will affect teamwork and cooperation between colleagues,thereby affecting the quality of work.(5)Good professionalism is the basic condition for the core competitiveness of the employees.The high and low level of professionalism can reflect the high requirements and high standards of a person from the outside to the inner,from the body to the mind.It is an important factor to judge the comprehensive strength of a person.
