The physical education curriculum is designed to improve students’ physical fitness,master and apply basic sports, health knowledge and motor skills; besides it helps studentsbuild up the sports interests, and lifelong exercise habits. What is more, it enables studentsto have good psychological quality, good interpersonal skills and spirit of cooperation; toimprove the sense of responsibility for personal health and Population Health, a healthylifestyle; spirit of sportsmanship, the formation of aggressive, optimistic, cheerful attitudetowards life. Weather School sports can achieve the teaching goals needs to be tested theeffectiveness of teaching, and an important method to test is the Sports PerformanceAppraisal. Though the sports performance assessment, we can understand the teaching,the study of students and sports goal situation. Therefore, it is an important process to asessthe results of students’ sports sciencally, accurately, reasonablely and objectively, thekey factor is the impact of this important part of physical education Grading. So,researching the physical education achievement assessment and summaring the changesbrought reflection and revelation is necessary, it will not only help us to better understandand select Grading, can also promote physical education to conduct normally and orderly,and has important practical significance to the healthy development of physicaleducation.Looking back at the high school physical education assessments, the development ofthe content, in accordance with the different period, it can be divided into single scoreassessment phase, comprehensive performance assessment stage, and diverse Gradingstage. Through literature, expert interviews, this article systemly reviews these three stagesof the syllabus and curriculum standards for physical education, arriving at a singleGrading stage assessment is mainly track and field, gymnastics and quality of projectst, butcontent is too one-sided. Reflecting on this stage,it is informed that the assessment hasunfairness, without considering the individual differences of students, and somewhatmisleads the physical education for students learning. Authough the multiple assessmentscontent increased attendance, class performance, on the basis of a single score assessment,but the content is still not comprehensive and instabile; Multiple Grading stage has morecomprehensive assessment content, it enhances the learning attitude, affective performanceand the spirit of cooperation, but the indicators is too confusing to have a strongoperationality,it could not define the weight of assessment content clearly. Summarizing the trend of these three stages on the assessment of content, the resuilt is that: physicaleducation Grading changing from a focus on the the body contant to the body and mindcontant; from summative assessment content to the end of sexual content and processcontent;and from the quantitative assessment content to the combination of quantitativeand qualitative content. Through these three stages of review, reflection, summary, theauthor reachs the following revelation: Grading choice in the future must implement the"open" and "let go" concept; achieve people-oriented and the concept of lifelong physical;integrate closely, assess the content uniformity and flexibility; combine with their ownconditions, create with their own assessment of the content system, stimulate theenthusiasm and initiative of PE learning, promote physical education assessments,healthily and orderly development.
