Since the reform and opening up,China has issued a total of 8 curriculum standards related to junior high school sports,reviewed the course of its evolution and development,sorted out the development context of junior high school physical education and health curriculum standards since China’s reform and opening up,analyzed its evolution characteristics,summarized the experience of historical evolution,and hoped to get some useful enlightenment from them,providing valuable reference for China’s formulation and improvement of physical education and health curriculum standards in the future.This study has the following three points for selecting topics: first,the country’s emphasis on school physical education and health courses,second,the particularity of physical education in junior and middle schools,and third,the necessity of sorting out the development context with health curriculum standards.This study uses literature method,comparative analysis method and expert interview method to analyze the physical education curriculum standards of junior high schools since the reform and opening up,and mainly includes the following sections.(1)This paper introduces the historical background of the eight teaching guidance documents related to junior high school physical education and health courses promulgated in China since the reform and opening up,combines the division of the historical stages of sports history by relevant scholars and divides the development of junior high school physical education and health curriculum standards since the reform and opening up into three stages,namely the period of recovery and development(1978-1992),the period of quality education(1993-2011)and the new period of socialism(2012-present).Clarifying the background of the issuance of the syllabus(standard)for each period is conducive to an in-depth interpretation of the physical education and health curriculum standards.(2)The text structure,teaching content and teaching evaluation of the physical education and health curriculum standards of junior high schools are sorted out historically,and the evolution characteristics are analyzed,and the conclusions are as follows: the evolution of physical education curriculum standards has obvious characteristics of the times,physical education curriculum standards are constantly innovating in the process of development,and physical education and health curriculum standards pay attention to the laws of students’ physical and mental development.(3)Make suggestions for the development of future curriculum standards: curriculum standards should conform to the trend of the times in the process of development;The development of curriculum standards should adhere to the principle of "both inheritance and innovation";The development of curriculum standards should draw on the strengths of all;The development of curriculum standards should focus on practical,comprehensive and innovative.In order to provide reference and reference for the development of China’s future physical education curriculum standards,and provide a theoretical basis for deepening the reform of physical education teaching and further improving the quality of school physical education teaching.
