The living conditions of impoverished college students in the school have always touches the Communist Party of China and the Chinese Government. In order to solve the urgent needs of poor students, the state has adopted the "Scholarships, Student Loans, Aid, Grant, Fee Remission" a series of policies to needy university students. Today, whether these policies need to be perfect and the poor college student aid policy toward the future, this is a matter of great concern by the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government and the community. The author took these questions to the relief of poor college students made slightly Analysis.The author conducted a survey of three colleges and universities in Tianjin undergraduates and research, design of the questionnaire from the poor students, the implementation of aid policy. Using the investigation method, literature method and comparative method, analyzed of the poverty stricken students financial aid status, in the current policy implementation effect feedback results, some suggestions are put forward. Suggest that the national related department to strengthen the focus on non key universities and colleges education funding; Increase the economic aid efforts on the really needy students, ensure that relief funds in full to the need to aid students in the hands. With the development of the times, requirements for college students is also increasing, the difficulties faced by the poor students are also changing, so on impoverished college students’ relief should also keep pace with the times, constantly enrich and improve the content of poor college students aid.The thesis is divided into five Parts.
