The Research On Strategy Of Basic Education Information Construction In Counties

Education is an important project in the development of a country. It has a strongconnection with people’s benefits which is a major important matter cared by leading figures andevery common citizen. Investment in education has become a political task that localgovernments must complete, which has also been considered as a beneficial project to people.The development of education informatization is an important part of a country’s informatizationdevelopment, which is also a necessary way to achieve social informatization. Compulsoryeducation is one of main forces to construct the whole education informatization. Thus it mustplay a vital role in the development of the whole education informatization, which will have adirect effect on the implementation of quality education and the training of innovation talents.County’s education informatization is a significant part of basic education informatization, whichincludes the information infrastructure construction, digital resources construction, application ofinformation technology and resources, training of information personnel and teacher education’stechnology application ability, etc.This thesis puts Changhai County’s basic education information construction as the objectof study, hoping to find out the problems existing in it by the methods of questionnaire andinterview, and then presenting some solutions for these problems, based on these efforts,providing some references for the areas which have similar situations of basic educationinformation construction. The research contains the following parts:Introduction:This part will introduce the aim of research, theoretical significance, practical value,research idea and method, and research status of this thesis in detail.Part Ⅰ: Analyzing the condition and effect of county’s basic education informationconstruction in China.This part will describe generally the feature of county’s basic education informationconstruction, at last elaborating the positive effects of county’s basic education informationconstruction on county’s basic education from five aspects.Part Ⅱ: The current situation, problems and reasons of county’s basic education informationconstruction in Changhai county.This part will mainly generalize the current situation of Changhai country’s basic educationinformation construction. Among these, this part will focus on the existing problems of ChanghaiCounty’s basic education information construction.Part Ⅲ: The strategy of Changhai county’s basic education information construction. This part will analysis reasons of these problems, based on Changhai county’s basiceducation information construction. This part will point out the strategies of county’s basiceducation information construction, from the aspects of fund raising and managing,infrastructure facility construction, resource construction in teaching, talent team construction,application construction and teacher training.Peroration:This part will make the summary of this thesis, which is appropriately coordinating therelationship of fund, infrastructure facility construction, teaching resource, talent team, teachingapplication and personnel training in the process of county’s basic education informationconstruction. According to these efforts, it is beneficial to continuously strengthen county’s basiceducation information construction.
