The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, located in the southwest of the country belongs to the western region in the economic division.It’s basic education development has its special economic, cultural and ethnic characteristics. In the preface part, first of all, this study through literature review and data collection, draw lessons from Britain and the United States, Japan and South Korea and other basic education informatization construction process and experience of developed countries, our country at the beginning of the 21st century education informatization and informatization basic education of guangxi development present situation analysis of the preparing work before investigation; For the "Basic Education", "Information technology" and "Education Informatization" defining the relevant concepts, such as clear investigation and research object of this article, from the capital investment and the hardware construction, teaching resource and software updates, teachers’ information technology literacy, the support of national policy and information technology and curriculum integration of targeted to carry out the research work, achieve the target; Design on the basis of a large number of preparation, the Guangxi basic education information construction and application of questionnaire, the questionnaire after completion of first selection of Guangxi normal university foreign language school affiliated to outstanding primary school to carry on the test, the analysis of test data on the basis of the modified questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire data analysis and arrangement of interview data research, combining with the current basic education informatization construction in Guangxi is facing a series of urgent problems and root causes to explore, from the policy formulation and implementation, increase the special funds input and support, the hardware facilities and teaching resource construction, and from several aspects, such as to improve teachers’ information technology literacy in order to solve current problems we are facing and the long-term development of the basic education informatization strategy put forward reasonable effective coping strategies, to promote the development of the Guangxi of basic education and make contribution to social justice. The last is the summary of this research and its prospect.
