In classroom teaching, students’original individual differences are the starting point or premise of teaching activity. These differences can also be a teaching resource to improve teaching quality in accordance with the differences between students. Since the1990s, the instruction which concerns about the students’ individual differences development has been a subject concerned by education theory and practice circle in many countries. Differential teaching is an instruction which adapts student diversity. Its teaching activity has diversity and complexity. It requires teachers to recognize the differences between students and choose the different methods according to student diversity in order to achieve the personalized and differentiated development. This research analysis on the characteristic of students’ differences and the effects to their learning. According to the currently collective teaching situation in which it has difficulties in implementing differential teaching, study cards which adapt students are being developed. It shows that study cards offer different ways for the different learning-skill students. It effectively concerns about the influence to their learning from students’differences, promoting individual teaching and students’all-round development.
