The world economic structure has undergone tremendous changes.Correspondingly,individual knowledge structure and innovation ability have become the basis of economic development.The difference of human personality and the uniqueness of knowledge have become the important contents of school education reform.Therefore,teachers need to meet the differentiated needs of each student and cultivate creative differentiated talents.By using the methods of teacher-student questionnaire,classroom observation and teacher interview,this paper investigates the fifth grade students of Q Experimental Primary School in Hangzhou.The results of data analysis prove the advantages of differential teaching and traditional teaching mode,and gives the concrete and implementable teaching methods of differential teaching in primary mathematics classroom.The process of this study is mainly divided into four stages: preparing and implementing questionnaires and personal interviews;analyzing and studying the results of questionnaires in the second stage and classifying them according to the data results;using the differentiated teaching method in the third stage of teaching and recording students' learning through classroom observation;and using the differentiated teaching method through research in the fourth stage.The advantages and problems of this method are analyzed.The innovation of this paper is that under the class teaching system in our country,specific methods are put forward for the reform and transformation of differentiated teaching in the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching process,teaching progress,learning materials,classroom exercises,and multi-evaluation,and the results of this teaching method are analyzed by data,so as to improve the effectiveness of primary school mathematics classroom learning.
