The aim of education is the development of every individual.Since ancient times,the educational idea of “Tailor the teaching method to each individual's unique situation”has been widely accepted by the society.How should front-line teachers achieve“Tailor the teaching method to each individual's unique situation”;how should every student acquire knowledge and skills corresponding to their abilities;and how to carry on the operation with the teaching method? These have been the questions which perplex the educator.Under the guidance of the current educational policy in China,and under the educational policy of training students to develop in an all-round way,the differential teaching is exactly to meet the common development of both society and students' individuality,and educators have explored the application of its model and strategy,becoming the first choice of educational means.In the thesis consists of four parts.The first part is the background and significance of the research,as well as the research status of differentiated instruction at home and abroad.The second part is from the junior high school mathematics differentiation teaching pattern characteristic and its theory foundation and so on.under studying this pattern,the third part is this article main body.First of all,we investigate the common problems faced by teachers and students in the differential teaching of mathematics in junior middle school.Secondly,we explore the concrete strategies for implementing the differential teaching of mathematics in junior middle school,they are the implementation strategies of individual students,teaching content,consolidation and expansion,comprehensive application,and the practice of differential teaching strategies in junior high school mathematics class.Finally,the author explains the problems in the process of practice differentiation teaching mode.The fourth part is the summary and prospect.Through the practice of differential teaching in junior high school,it is found that the students in the same class have various differences in learning ability,mathematical logical thinking and so on.Furthermore,students at all levels can find their own learning methods and try their best to obtain corresponding learning effects in mathematics teaching activities.
