The Influence Factors Of Rural Students Entry Higher Education Admission Opportunity In Popular Education

This study from the enrollment common with university entrance exam of Jiangxi province as the breakthrough point,using education sociology,education economics,education philosophy and public management theory,this paper analysis the current Jiangxi common university entrance exam enrollment fair problems and puts forward some solutions to these problems with policy Suggestions.In this paper,on the base of clarity wise education by popular since the status quo,to analyze the causes,and then proposes the countermeasure,combined with interdisciplinary research ideas,the literature analysis,comparative research and regression analysis,studying the influence factors of rural admission opportunity from the following parts:urban and rural students from families respectively from the social background,the information factors,students’factors,regional economic level of higher education.Through the enrollment of Jiangxi common university entrance exam of operation policy to the case analysis,from bonus policy,independent enrollment,egional recruit students,charge policy,discusses four aspects of higher education popularization of Jiangxi province in the process of the development of showing the enrollment of unfair reality, combined with our province,including provincial politics,economy,culture,history and geography external environment for the objective conditions,establish and perfect the admission policy of higher education,and further research foundation fair chance to enter.With the popularization of higher education in our province amount to achieve the goal,the government should adjust and make system innovation through policy measures to promote higher education fair chance to enter.From the government policy of higher education,this paper discusses the improvement fair chance to enter the path selection of the four aspects:firstly,strengthening education resources of fairness,high school teachers and school running conditions balanced urban and rural treatment;The second,adjustment of higher education layout structure,urban and rural promoting regional education balanced development,promoting fair chance to enter higher education; The third,to guarantee of students’ right of colleges and universities,expand the examinee of two-way choice privileges; The fourth,a high school education and higher education compensation policy, perfecting education funding system,perfect high school university funding system and disadvantaged compensation mechanism.
