Education fair is a global problem, it has brought worldwide attention and research. Education opportunities by education is generally regarded as the starting point of the education fair is fair, the basic premise. Higher education that citizens have the opportunity to obtain higher earnings and higher social status, it is to make citizens receive equal, so a way of education, higher education fair as chance to enter the part. But higher education opportunity is affected by individual gender, race, of seat of registered permanent residence, family economic background, parents’ social status and education degree, etc and many factors. And the disadvantaged groups of higher education issues, including more grim economic backward area from low-income families children, the children of immigrants, minority children are educated, the disadvantaged by education rights of the vulnerable groups to get ensuring. But minority low-income families of higher education facing children more severe situation of higher education and awareness of their chance to question, improve their enrollment, can realize the whole social comprehensive education fairness, which helps to social stability.The thesis is made up of five parts.In the first, the author mainly introduces the background, the goal, the significance, the mentality and the method of the research. And systematically combs the domestic and foreign research literature which are about the access opportunity of higher education.In the second parts, the author gives a clear definition of education equality on the basis of all different definitions of education equality provided by different branches of learning. Then the thesis elaborates the theories basis of the research.In the third part, the thesis mainly adopts questionnaire survey method, against three different levels by university college students by random sampling, SPSS17.0 software by descriptive statistical analysis to the investigation.In the fourth part, according to the statistics analysis obtains survey results, Find it does exist significant differences of results, and discussed, analyzed the factors caused by differences. Through three different levels of transverse comparison has students and school the proportion of ethnic minority students significant difference, the study also found that, ethnic, gender, the family location, parents’ occupation, annual per capita income, for their children attended school types and discipline has more obvious influence, minority students attend college students with the has nationality in the types, such as subject choices are significantly different.Finally, according to the results, combined with minority, cause of low-income families from the education policy, national education system internal, college and so on several aspects to propose the countermeasure and the suggestion, can improve the minority of higher education of low-income families children opportunity, the large scale enhancement minority overall quality.
