| Network new media in Internet information era appears ceaselessly, in recent years micro-blog is one of the most significant and typical case. The youth group, as the important group, is highly concerned. Adolescents in this subject, especially means the thirteen to eighteen years-old adolescents. They are in the critical period of growth of values and world view. They are also active in the application of new media network. At the same time, their education and life are deeply influenced by the internet information technology’s popularize, going deepen year after year.
