In recent years, there has been an upward trend of juvenile delinquency rate; on this issue of youth crowd criminal, there are a lot of researches in China. The study of crime on city immigrants’youngsters has a large proportion. It indicates that this group is concerned by society highly with their particularity. Many related studies have shown that, the bad kids wandering out is the main body of the juvenile delinquency, and the native occupy a large proportion. So, it is a formidable task in social management to prevent the native youth criminal. How to be effective in preventing juvenile delinquency has become a need focus on to solve which the state and society are exploring but with little success. This is because that the native teenagers groups of juvenile crime have mobility and difficult to manage, the phenomenon is an urgent needed to address problem in China. In this paper, we are handling from the sociological perspective problem analysis and the methods of social work to carry out an effective youth crime to prevent on outreaching social work.The main body of the paper consists of five parts:The first part is-Introduction, mainly introduced the significance of the historical background about the thesis writing and significance;The second part is-the outreaching social work, I analyzed two commonly used models of outreaching social work and the development of Outreaching social work in China in this section.The third-the native juvenile delinquents, the primary demands of the research subject and the strategy to involved in.Forth-analysis of outreaching social work’s role in crime prevention, and then described its feasibility analysis contact the actual situation in China according to the guidance of the United States for the problem youth.Fifth-the summary, summed up the paper and raised the outlook.
