Adolescents have always been the focus of attention in society. As adolescents' mental development is less mature and there are some objective risk factors,it is easy for them to produce a series of issues involving crimes. If these groups of adolescents involved in such crimes are not allowed to intervene promptly and effectively and let them continue,it is very likely that they will embark on the path of active crimes and independent crimes. This will not only have a very negative impact on the growth and development of adolescents, but also cause a certain degree of social harm. This article cultivates family resilience through intervening families in adolescents involved in crimes. It effectively enhances the ability of adolescents and families involved in crimes to cope with adversity and challenges as a whole, and optimizes the protection role of the family. This will allow them to grow and develop better in their future lives. This article consists of five parts.Among them, the first part simply introduces the reasons for this topic, the significance of the topic in theory and practice, the research and analysis of relevant scholars domestically and abroad, and the research methods of this article, including literature analyses, case studies and interviews. The second part mainly defines the related concepts of the research in this paper, and elaborates the theory and practice model of family resilience used in this paper. The third part focuses on the analyses of the risk factors of adolescent offenders and the feasibility and necessity of judicial social work to foster family resilience through family intervention, and the influence of family resilience on adolescent offenders. In the fourth part, this article adopts real cases and practices concerning the cultivation of family resilience of adolescents involved in crimes, examines the application and influence of the theory on adolescents involved in crimes in practice. The fifth part summarizes the above analyses and research, and discusses the practical difficulties of judicial social work in cultivating family resilience of adolescents involved in crimes, and puts forward reasonable suggestions and prospects for the existing practical difficulties.
