Entrepreneurship has fuelled rapid economic growth to China and even the world, so that the activity has always been widespread concerned by the government, society, the media, universities, individual and so on. Recently, the governments are intensifying efforts to support entrepreneurial activities, for example, they raise many preferential policies to promote the development of small and micro enterprises such as tax or credit incentives. In order to better guide the youth entrepreneurship, the CYL Central Committee and the China Youth Federation initiated a project of international cooperation called "YBC", aiming at providing network, funding and technical support to the youth. Especially in recent year, with the rapid development of the Internet, many local governments promulgate a lot of encouraged and support policies to ensure the take-off of E-commerce and Internet entrepreneurs.A dozen years ago, as the pioneer of the Chinese Internet entrepreneurs, Ma successfully establish a B2B online trading platform,"Ali Baba", and followed with the name of "Taobao", he successfully repeated his fabulous performance of China’s E-commerce. Thanks to the popularity of "Taobao", a lot of ordinary people lock their eyes on the Internet entrepreneurship, leading to the boom of the Internet venture.Internet entrepreneurship is the main object of study in this paper, from the perspective of sociology hot spot "social network", setting up the framework of the article research. Start from the social network characteristics of the entrepreneur, finding the factors which can affect their entrepreneurial performance, hoping to provide the theoretical basis of successful entrepreneurs to the coming Internet entrepreneurships.The paper mainly uses empirical research methods, and collect and analysis data by the survey of104network entrepreneurs. With the personal social network characteristics, resource acquisition capability, entrepreneurial aspiration and business network characteristics of Internet entrepreneurs, study the many factors which impact on Internet entrepreneurial performance.With the software of SPSS, process and analysis the data with Reliability Test, Validity test, Multicollinearity Test and Multiple Linear Regression, to verify nine hypothetical relationships in the article.Describe research background, explain the significance and method, and expound the structure of the thesis in the first part. Propose the theoretical model and research assumptions after review the related literature at home and abroad in the second part. State the design method of questionnaire, clear the interviewed object, define variables, state variables’significance, and tell the reasons of studying in Dalian in part three. The forth and the fifth parts are the core of the paper, analysis the data from the sample to verify the theoretical assumptions first, and then propose the venture proposals to entrepreneurships basing on the test results, and this is also the center significance of the article. Describe the innovation points, limitations and prospect in the last part of the paper.After more than a year of data collection and analysis process, the article has reached the following conclusions:Firstly, in the personal social network structure, network size, network density and intensity of social network relationships will affect entrepreneurial performance, but the attitude and experience of their strong relationship are not important to their entrepreneurial performance.Secondly, Internet entrepreneurs’resource acquisition capability and entrepreneurial aspiration can influence their performance, so that they must make full entrepreneurial preparation such as ensure that they have multi-channel financial and human resources, ensure that their own resources are unique, formulate detailed business plan to better entrepreneurial performance.Thirdly, business network characteristics have little influences to the entrepreneurial performance, it may be related with the fact that the small and micro enterprises have lower E-commerce level. But it shows that if the entrepreneur has a higher level of E-commerce, he is more likely to achieve good performance.Some items had been simplified in the design process in order to make the questionnaire easier to be accepted and easier to be filled in true. But it affects the accuracy of the model measurement in a certain extent, and because some of the interviewer established business a long time ago, so they can’t accurately fill the questions, and more or less it may affect the final conclusions. This is the inadequacies of this article.The paper study the Internet entrepreneurship from the perspective of social network, and it is really rare in the previous article. Basing on personal social network characteristics, resource acquisition capability, entrepreneurial aspiration, business network characteristics and entrepreneurial performance to construct the research model is rarer, so that it is the innovation point of the paper. Of course, in this relatively new area, there are many unknown need to be further explored.
