| With the development of "Internet + mass entrepreneurship and innovation",women’s entrepreneurship is booming.The China Women’s Federation encourages women to make full use of the Internet to carry out entrepreneurial activities.The Internet helps women get rid of the constraints of social resources in the traditional field of entrepreneurship,promote female entrepreneurial activities.The impact of the Internet on female entrepreneurship is worth further discussion.However,the existing research is relatively scattered and lack of consensus.Taking bridging and bonding social capital as the intermediary,this paper discusses and verifies that different ways of Internet embedding affect female entrepreneurship through different intermediary paths.The Internet has two basic applications: information acquisition and social communication,which also reflects the two different embedding ways of the Internet as a content platform and a social platform,namely media embedding and community embedding.According to the strength of the relationship,social capital is divided into bonding type and bridging type.Different Internet embedding methods not only promote female entrepreneurship,but also promote social capital accumulation,that is,bridging and bonding social capital play different intermediary roles in the relationship between different Internet embedding and female entrepreneurship.The empirical results show that:(1)The Internet community embedding,Internet media embedding,bridging and bonding social capital all have a positive impact on female entrepreneurship.(2)Internet media embedding only has a positive effect on bridging social capital,and then effects female entrepreneurship.(3)Internet community embedding has a positive effect on bridging and bridging social capital,and then effects female entrepreneurship through these two mediating variables.This paper has made the following progress:(1)The Internet media embedding has no negative impact,but also promotes the bridging social capital.(2)Internet embedding and social capital have the greatest impact on the dimension of career satisfaction,which further verifies that the evaluation of female entrepreneurial performance should combine subjective and objective indicators and pay attention to the satisfaction of women’s inner world.(3)Internet media embedding and Internet community embedding go through different intermediary paths,which enriches the relevant discussions.This study draws the following conclusions :(1)Female entrepreneurs should make good use of the power of weak ties,use the information acquisition function of the Internet,expand the scope of information search,and build heterogeneous social networks;At the same time,strengthen online communication and dig external and internal resources of the organization.(2)Female entrepreneurs should establish Internet thinking method,make good use of the flexibility and convenience of the Internet,accumulate social capital,improve their knowledge level,and better grasp the balance between work,family and life,to achieve personal value. |
