A Research On Network Public Sentiment Guidance On University Campus Under The Perspective Of Life Care

The21st century is a century of the network. With the rapid development of internet, information on the campus formed, network has infiltrated into every corner of the university, into the study, college life, and become an indispensable part of it.《27th China Internet Development Statistics Report》 published by China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) pointed that, by December2010, the number of China’s netizens has reached457million, and it had7330million growth compared with the end of2009, coverage reached34.3%, the internet penetration rates is rising steadily, at present, one of the largest groups of Internet users is still students, can be accounted for30.6%,to all college students as a group of network users reached120million. In2010, there is an phenomenon called "woven scarf" involved everyone, this is the new communication tool-Micro-blog, it went into the lives of ordinary people, it’s immediacy and convenience of personal freedom of speech is entitled to play. Our future society will be the network society, building a harmonious society will become a target network.As the cradle of the future builders of a harmonious and an important part of the network society, shoulder responsibility for college is very important, university is also a network gathering place for public opinion, which includes a considerable number of negative public opinion information network, it has serious adverse effects on contemporary university students whose thought is from immature to mature stage. The network is flooded with a lot of negative public opinion information which are about students don’t cherish or protect their own lives, do not respect or ignore other people’s lives, it effects the students of the world, life and values formation. Today’s social institutions pay more attention to business benefits, universities pay more attention to the inculcation of theoretical knowledge, students pay more attention to the study of expertise, and have ignored the most basic respect for life and treasure, ignored in the network society and the cultivation of moral accountability.This paper based on the theory outlined, at the first place, comprehensive analyses life caring, the development of public opinion university network and it’s impact on college students. Explained the definition of life care, the accumulation of traditional culture, the basis of human nature and so on, our country’s university network of public opinion has its deep roots public opinion thought of the people, also analyzed the impact of public opinion of the main university network reflects both positive impact and negative effects, this article focuses on the negative network public opinion of university. Secondly, through a questionnaire about public opinion on the university, detailed analysis the network application, status and causes of public opinion. This article summarizes several aspects of the next:Self awareness of the direct expression of college students, subjectivity missing of students under the network of the university, the lack of life care higher education, the network lack of moral education college, Inadequate monitoring brings negative public opinion of network and so on. At last, the paper proposed concrete ways and means for the guidance of college Network of public opinion under the perspective of life care, specific ways include:Insist on the guiding ideologies of student-centered and virtue network, give full play to the norms guiding role of national policies, increase the efforts to carry out of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities, strengthen the supervision of school Institutions, which is the body of university network public opinion, improve the levels of university teachers to guide life care and public opinion, form a good campus culture and play it’s potential educational function, enhance students’self-discipline, establish a correct outlook on life, valuesand world view, and the author hope it can do help for improve and strengthen the network of university public opinion guidance and supervision of the negative substantive.
