People all like to get more resources, But when other people get better or more "gifts" than us under the same conditions, Resources given will trigger disappointment or even anger, which shows that people are concerned about not only the results, as well as the comparison and the fair. Since the birth of the social nature of human,"fairness" has become an eternal theme in the human pursuit of an ideal society. The previous theories and research found that the fair preferences and related behavior would be different in different situation..For example, Deutsch (1975) hold thr eefair principles according to different situation, which was’Equity’、’equality’and ’need’Then, if when only’equal’is a fair case, does different situations, For example, different types of social relations, have an impact on fair-related behavior of people? and what the impaction will be?We’ll apply a modified anonymous dictator game and modified ultimatum game in our behavioral research to observed different types of social relations’impaction on subjects’ fair preference When they play different roles in distribution. In the modified Anonymous dictator game of experiment1,we transformed the process of dictator allocating resources into a process of subjects collecting their prizes freely. Then object different types of social relations’impaction on the average number of subjects collecting their prizes in real-life situation or Simulation situation. The results showed that, in Simulation situation, The average number of subjects collecting their prizes in economic exchange relation was more than the overall average3and the average of social sharing condition. However, in real-life situation, subjects collected significantly less prizes in economic exchange relations than in social sharing relation. This may be due to the different prizes form and Low prizes value. In a modified Ultimatum Game of experiment2, subjects act as a "response" and make decision to accept or pull off the allocation proposal actually raise by computer program but subjects was told by different partner on line. The results showed that, subjects in economic exchange relationship condition Less refused unfair distribution than subjects in the conditions of social sharing relationship. Thus draw the following conclusions thatPerson in economic exchange relationship conditions is more concerned about his own interests relatively, so he give himselves more prizes in dictator games and less refuses unfair distribution. Person in social sharing relationship conditions better take other’s Interest into account relatively, and more concerned about fair norms, so they give themselves less prizes in dictator games and more refuses unfair distribution, show the stability of equity preference.
