The study of inter-group relations is a part of the study of social relations, and a good inter-group relationship is an essential element in building a harmonious society. In the past, most of the studies on inter-group relations were focused on unilateral exploration from the perspective of attitude, and the discussion of inter-group relations was relatively single. In the previous studies on attitudes, more explicit measurement methods were used, and the explicit attitude measurement methods were more influenced by the individual and other factors, and the results were easy to be questioned. Therefore, the current research starts from two aspects: firstly, the intergroup relations between Tibetan and Chinese groups are discussed from the aspect of attitude, and then the inter-group relations between Tibetan and Chinese groups are discussed from the aspect of behavior. In this study, the implicit association test was used to study the intergroup attitude of Tibetan and Chinese college students.Taking Tibetan and Han college students as subjects, the mixed experimental design of 2(nationality: Tibetan,Han)× 2(word titer: positive and negative)× 2(coding task: Tibetans,Han people)was adopted,in which ethnic group was used as inter-group variable.Word titers and coding tasks were intra-group variables and response time was dependent variables. The results showed that the Han subjects showed obvious inner group preference under the positive titer and showed obvious inner group protection under the negative titer.Tibetan subjects showed obvious inner group preference under the positive titer, but did not show obvious inner group protection under the negative titer, and there was a certain tendency of external group preference. In the second study,an improved model of dictator game model is adopted to analyze the pro-social behavior of Tibetan and Han college students with the distribution result of the subjects in the game as an index of pro-social behavior.Taking Tibetan and Han college students as subjects, the mixed experiment design of 2(Distributor identity: Tibetan,Han nationality)× 2(population: inner group, outside group)was adopted,in which the assignment identity was regarded as inter-group variable and the group as intra-group variable. The result of allocation in the game was taken as dependent variable, which was used as an index of pro-social behavior analysis. The results showed that there was a significant difference between Tibetan and Han subjects in the number of coins allocated to their own internal group and the number allocated to the outside population in the coin distribution game.Compared with the resources allocated to the outside group, the Tibetan and Han nationality college students allocate more resources to the inner group, that is,the internal group shows more pro-social behavior compared with the external group.Compared with Han nationality subjects,Tibetan subjects allocated more resources to internal and external groups.Through the analysis of the results of the two studies, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)in the aspect of attitude, the Han nationality has obvious preference to their own internal population under the positive titer, and the internal population has obvious protection under the negative titer.Under the positive titer,Tibetan had obvious preference to their own internal population, but under the negative potency, the internal population did not have obvious protection.(2)at the behavioral level,in the pro-social behavior of resource allocation, the Han nationality and the Tibetan nationality allocate more resources to the inner group than the outside group.Overall, the inter-group relations between Tibetan and Han college students are reflected in two aspects: attitude and behavior. At the level of attitude,Han and Tibetan people have a preference for internal groups. At the behavior level, compared with the outside group,Han and Tibetan people have higher pro-social behavior, and the attitude of inner group preference is also reflected in the behavior of resource allocation, which allocates more social resources to the preferred inner group.
