In recent years, China’s literacy teaching has made a lot of results and literacy teachi ngmethod.Under the guidance of the individual and personalized teaching philosophy, teac hing methods and student learning has been changed dramatically.But for the lower prim ary independent literacy teaching, there are still some of the problems need to be further improved.Therefore, through the analysis of lower primary students’ cognitivecharacteristics, ag e characteristics and literacy law in many ways and multiple perspectives, the author i mprove the theory of lower primary independent literacy teaching.In this study the autho r was according to the Y school to adapt to the social development ofchildren’s developme ntal needs of the21st century,"the individual, personalized" education ideals and beliefs in education, foster students’ literacy capabilities, andstudents with good language learnin g habits.In addition, this article strived to change the concept of teachers, from teachers "t each" thestudents really into the "learning".Summarize This study as Summary of the first-line teachers in curricular and extracurricular, and strive to provide a scientific and feasibl e basis and material.This study can provide scientific and feasible basis and material for t he majority of low-grade language teachers in the teaching of literacy, to lay the foundati on for bettertraining of the independent literacy skills of low-grade students.The paper is organized as follows:The text is divided into five parts:The first part of the introduction describes the purp ose of the study, background and current situation, problems, strategies and methods;Th e second part describes the theory of self-literacy teaching;The third section describes the1ower primary students’cognitive characteristics,characteristics of the age and literacy of t he law;The fourth part is the concrete implementation of autonomous literacy strategy;The fifth Part is the conclusions and recommendations.Through this study, reached the follo wing conclusions:Through the learning of the new curriculum, teachers can really get the kids to likeliteracy, initiative literacy.Independent literacy, teachers can give students spac e, developing students’imagination.More interested students’ autonomous literacy.
