Literacy is not only the premise of acquiring knowledge,but also the basis of reading and writing.The new ideas and concepts embodied in the literacy section of the "Ministry Edition" language textbook,which was put into use in September 2017,are worth being understood and applied by teachers at the front line to optimize the current literacy teaching practice and improve students' language literacy.Based on the textbooks compiled by ministries,this paper mainly explores the strategies of literacy teaching in the lower grades of primary schools by using the methods of investigation,literature research,statistical analysis and action research.Firstly,by investigating the current situation of literacy teaching in the lower grades of primary schools,the author summarizes the experience and achievements of literacy teaching in the lower grades of primary schools: abundant literacy methods,strong awareness of teaching design,higher utilization rate of multimedia resources,and more reasonable evaluation methods of literacy teaching.At the same time,the problems and shortcomings of literacy teaching are also found: the model of literacy teaching process,the formalization of literacy methods,the lack of pertinence of multimedia application,the unsatisfactory effect of cultivating literacy interest,and the weak awareness of cultivating independent literacy ability.On the basis of combing the current situation of literacy teaching,this paper expounds the necessity of improving the literacy teaching in the lower grades of primary schools.Secondly,through the in-depth study of the new textbooks compiled by the Ministry and the combing of related research results,the new characteristics of the literacy section of the textbooks compiled by the Ministry in the lower grades of primary schools are investigated from the aspects of the content and arrangement of the textbooks.The content characteristics of the literacy section of the textbooks compiled by the Ministry: highlighting the status of literacy teaching,highlighting rich cultural connotations,following the regularity of Chinese character learning,and more explicit guidance of learning methods.The compilation features of the literacy section of the textbooks compiled by the Ministry: first learning Chinese characters and then learning Pinyin,the reasonable arrangement of types,word order and quantity,the spiral progressive arrangement of language elements,and the organic integration of multi-plate literacy.Finally,based on the above research and the current teaching practice,this paper puts forward four strategies of literacy teaching based on the textbooks compiled by the Ministry from four aspects: following the law of students' cognition,focusing on interest cultivation;respecting the characteristics of text,focusing on method acquisition;respecting the law ofChinese character formation,focusing on cultural edification;encouraging transfer and application,focusing on ability cultivation.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the strategy of literacy teaching which is suitable for the current teaching environment through the study of the literacy section of Chinese textbooks compiled by the lower grade Department of primary school.This paper aims to help front-line teachers quickly understand the content of the literacy module of the new textbook,understand the concept of writing the literacy module of the new textbook,examine the advantages and disadvantages of the current literacy methods with a rational eye,and explore the applicable conditions of various literacy methods.
