Thevocational education is more promoted and accelerated. But at the same time, the demand ofvocational education for resources and consumption will continue to increase whichhighlighted the growing problem that is the benefit of running-school, causing widespreadconcern of the government and the community. Therefore, the country is vigorouslydeveloping the vocational education, increasing the vocational education, so the vocationaleducation undertakes many tasks. The comprehensive and correct analysis of occupationschool-running benefit is to lead the school to improve and strengthen the macro and micromanagement and realize the reasonable configuration resource. It is a necessary preconditionto promote the school’s healthy and coordinated development.This thesis is in this social background and economic environment, with J province Zsecondary vocational schools as the object of study of case study. With the Summary oftheoretical studies on the connotation of the concept of effectiveness, school-running benefit,benefit of secondary vocational school, and on the basis of the analysis on the benefit ofsecondary vocational school-running, influence factors and evaluation index using case studymethod, interview and questionnaire survey methods on the J province Z school-runningbenefit specific problem to further enhance the difficulties faced by the school effectiveness togive more in-depth investigation and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions from themicro level of the school. This paper strives to take the strategy by J province Z secondaryvocational schools operating efficiency problems and case studies to provide empiricalevidence at this stage to improve the effectiveness of the vocational education school, andlook forward to the results of this study can bring some inspiration and reference onimproving operating efficiency for the similar vocational schools in these regions. |
