| Secondary vocational education is an important part of Chinese education system.It is the cradle for cultivating all kinds of professional and technical talents in China.It can continuously provide new strengths for Chinese industrial construction,solve structural contradictions of labor force,and promote the solution of employment issues.However,Chinese secondary vocational education also faces some problems.As the graduates of secondary vocational schools are younger and have lower academic qualifications,there will be certain issues in employment.China has a large agricultural population,and a large part of the secondary vocational students are from rural areas,while domestic research on the quality of employment of rural secondary vocational graduates is less.Therefore,choosing the employment issues of the rural secondary vocational school graduates as the research object,the paper has a strong practical significance and practical value.This paper takes Chengdu Engineering Technical Vocational School as the research object,and through the questionnaire survey and interviews with previous and recent students,school teachers and employment managers and employers,the employment intention,employment guidance,employment quality of rural secondary vocational school graduates and the employment issue are studied,the employment quality of the graduates of the secondary vocational school and the existing issues are analyzed.Some relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward by consulting the literature and combining relevant theories.We found that the issues of employment encountered by rural secondary vocational school graduates mainly includes low employment security,poor job stability,low professional applicability,poor professional work,poor working conditions,low pay and benefits,reduced employment,insufficient preparation,lack of career planning and other issues.At the same time,this paper synthesizes the existing literature knowledge,and based on the results of this questionnaire survey and interviews,analyzes the causes of the employment issues of rural secondary vocational school graduates from the national,social,enterprise,school and student levels,and proposes to solve these issues. |
