Research Into Benefit Of Enterprises Investment Of Secondary Vocational Education

With the development of our social construction, secondary vocational education has formed a set of comprehensive educational system. However the considerable support which has been given by the government in finance and policy, relying on financial aid is not enough, it also need some enterprises to take more action to solve the issue of secondary vocational education. Owing to lack of the experience about investment in human capital, return of investment has become the main problem which is puzzled by schools and enterprises. Because of the particularity of education, modern corporations usually ignore the invisible benefits of educational investment. They would regard this as a business with great loss and without motivation of investment. Therefore, protecting legitimate interests and stimulating investment of enterprise have become one of hottest topics which are researched by experts and scholars.By using the Western Human Capital Investment Theory and Marx’s theory that combining with education and labor, this paper summary systematically cost and benefits of educational investment of enterprises with net present value. Basing on the social survey and corresponding statistical datum, this paper analyzes the relationship between return flow and costs of educational investment for enterprises, and then sets up an income model of their investment for secondary vocational education, which reaches a conclusion that enterprise can get benefits from long-term educational investment. At last, the author finds out some effective ways to promote enterprises invest secondary vocational education through comparing benefit of developed countries with ours.
