Secondary vocational education shoulders the responsibility of cultivating high-qualityskilled talents,Economic and social development makes higher demands on quality andability of talents,while the traditional teaching methods can not meet the modern vocationaleducation to professional ability training requirements,so deepening the teaching reform ofschool is imperative.Action-oriented teaching method originated in Germany, which is the advanced modernvocational education method, cultivating key ability as the core, and known as the Germansecret weapon of rapid development. Since it was introduced to China in the1990s, someexperience is taken, but most of schools haven’t deep understanding of the teaching concept,they are still in the machinery imitation stage in the practice of teaching reform. In addition,Action-oriented teaching course system and evaluation mechanism have not been establishedyet. Therefore, this paper expounds Action-oriented teaching theory, the principle and method,standing in the level of the teaching reform, taking the teaching reform of No.3vocationalhigh school of shijiazhuang for example. It focuses on how to put the action-oriented teachinginto secondary vocational school teaching reform, and how to construct action-orientedteaching curriculum evaluation system, as well as launching action-oriented teaching reformof the preparation for the existing problems and research strategies, and contacting with theteaching practice, and giving the specific courses and teaching cases.
