Action-oriented is the dominant teaching ideas in the field of vocational education in Germany, based on action-oriented teaching theory as a guide,the teaching activities carried out by the teachers are called action-oriented teaching.It is guided by the career and regard the students as the corpus,and the teaching emphasis on "case" and solving practical problems. The students are teaching center, they are actively involved in teaching activities called self-managed learning.The teachers shift gears from dominators to learning partners in the teaching process and help students learn. Action-oriented teaching can help the students career plan and work independently,develop and implement independent evaluation of the program to meet the needs of workers with composite ability, innovation and the ability to continue learning in future.Since the late 1990s, action-oriented teaching is widely used in secondary vocational schools, and accumulated a lot of experience in the education reform process, but there are still some problems about vague understanding of the concept of the didactics and the difficult application of it. In 2008, the General Office of Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance Office carried out a project to improve the quality of the teachersd in secondary vocational school,and the author participated in it and participated in four state-level teacher training courses role to play teaching core counseling, combined with training and through the teachers'understanding of the action-oriented teaching in secondary vocational schools, application and application problems.To promote the training of the investigation summary, this paper started from the action-oriented teaching philosophy, summed up the implementation of action-oriented teaching principles, implementation methods, technology and environment support. It was designed to study for some new instructional model suitable for secondary vocational schools in our country, and to promote action-oriented teaching philosophy and practical application of localization.It also increased the application of the test method and the survey method in ways of cases, highlighted the usefulness of the research.I'm looking for the research can provide assistance for the secondary vocational schools to promote the use of teaching.
