In this paper, a new junior high school biology curriculum under the concept of quasi-experimental study to explore the starting point, the system analyzes the new junior high school biology experiment, differences between the old textbooks, discussed the junior high school biology experiment under the New Curriculum content and its characteristics. The results show that under the new curriculum has the following characteristics of junior high school biology experiment:①The outstanding scientific inquiry process;②diversity of experimental data, penetration of advanced science education;③the form of an open Experiment;④more standardized experimental operation, reflecting the main body of students;⑤the process of evaluation of the experiment;⑥experimental content closer to life. These experiments have shown that teaching is of great significance, especially to explore the teaching methods and quasi-experimental research for biology teaching strategies to understand and implement the new curriculum has an important role in guiding.Inquiry based on the general principles of experimental teaching, integrated teaching experience, the authors proposed a strategy to explore the process of experimental teaching. With junior high school biology, "to explore the role of fins in swimming," "explore the conditions for seed germination" Two exploratory experiments, carried out experiments to explore the practice of teaching strategies. In practice, the authors realize that reasonable and effective teaching strategies to stimulate the students to create the potential to enhance the capacity of autonomous learning, student interest in learning to mobilize and encourage the teaching of biology teachers change. To the greatest extent the implementation of a "student-centered, ability to target" the biological concept of the new curriculum requirements.Also the author propose the strategy of exploring experimental methods to improve the quality of experimental teaching ,which provide a reliable theoretical and practical basis for further implementation of the new curriculum after categorizing, analyzing experimental curriculum and a case summary of quasi-experimental course. the strategy promote the development of biological experiments teaching, and also provide a useful reference for future experiments.
