Carry Out Research Elementary School Teachers' Performance Appraisal

Europe and the United States put more emphasis on the construction of the teacher evaluation system, which has made a lot of advanced achievements in this regard, and our teachers’ performance management is only at a preliminary stage, has formed a more scientific and systematic evaluation system in the College teacher performance appraisal, but applicable the few studies in the evaluation system for primary school teachers, a serious impediment to the development of primary school teachers.In this paper, on the basis of analysis of the status quo of the domestic and international research, the research ideas and research methods are the established for the urgent problem of the performance evaluation system of primary school teachers, and meanwhile, also described the performance and the related performance evaluation theory to lay a theoretical foundation for building evaluation index system.Secondly, it described the status of teachers’performance evaluation in Jingxi primary school, access to relevant information screening evaluation, with experts exploring the final index of determining the evaluation, and by using the analytic hierarchy process to determine each index weight, and through expert consultation to determine the evaluation criteria, screening evaluation method to develop an evaluation program to build a primary school teachers in JingXi comprehensive performance evaluation index system. Through evaluation results of performance evaluation index system in the Jingxi primary school, it analyzes the performance of the teachers to make the performance improvement practice. At last, it not only provides a basis for improving teachers’ ability in JingXi primary school, but also as a reference of similar schools.
