The Research On The Teachers’Motivation System Of ZS Vocational And Technological College

In the era of knowledge economy, higher vocational education, as an important part of the higher education, is facing great challenge. How to improve the core competitiveness is becoming the most important thing for the survival and development of higher vocational colleges. One of the essential parts to improve the core competitiveness is the construction of the team of teachers with high qualities. And the key of that is whether the teachers’ motivation system is effective.With a weak foundation and a late start, the new upgraded vocational colleges face great strategic transfer and there are a lot of problems in the teachers’motivation system. Therefore, the research on the teacher’s motivation system is significant to motivate the initiative of the teachers in higher vocational colleges,to achieve the strategic objectives of the colleges. Targeting ZS Vocational And Technological College, the paper provides a optimization scheme that suits it and provides security conditions for its implementation by the usage of level Theory of Needs and the analysis of teachers’ needs, and the present situation and the problems. The paper is divided into5chapters. The first one is the preface, introducing the background, the contents, the meaning, the methods of the research and literature review. The second analyzes the strategic transfer of ZS Vocational And Technological College and the needs of the teachers there. The third analyzes the present situation and the problems of the teachers’ motivation system. The four is the design of the new optimization scheme for the teachers’ motivation system. And the last one provides security conditions for its implementation.
