In the context of the country’s vigorous development of vocational education,the importance of vocational education has gradually gained a general consensus in society.Whether higher vocational colleges can achieve high-quality development in opportunities and challenges depends largely on the professional quality and ability of higher vocational teachers,and on-the-job training is a main way to improve the professional quality and ability of higher vocational teachers.Therefore,improving the quality and effect of on-the-job training for higher vocational teachers is particularly important for building a team of high-quality professional teachers.Under the realistic background that the training of "dual-qualified" teachers is supported by national policies and is also required for the development of higher vocational colleges and the professional development of teachers themselves,it is of certain importance to carry out research on the on-the-job training of "dual-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges.Theoretical and practical significance.Taking a higher vocational college as an example,the thesis carried out a research on the on-the-job training of "dual-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges.First of all,through literature reading and data collection,sort out my country’s policies for "dual-qualified" training in higher vocational colleges in recent years and summarize the research status of "dual-qualified" teacher in-service training at home and abroad,and complete the introduction.Then,on the basis of existing relevant theories,taking Hunan Sports Vocational College as a case,using questionnaire survey and interview methods to conduct investigations,the following problems were discovered: From the basic situation of teachers,the source of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges is single and practical The skill level is relatively low,and the "dual teacher" quality foundation is slightly weak;judging from the current status of professional teacher training,the content of the training is not targeted,and the training form is mostly based on theory,which makes the school-based training poorly effective.This has exacerbated the situation that school-based training is not valued by teachers;and for enterprise practical training,teachers have fewer opportunities to go deep into the enterprise to participate in practical training;from the perspective of teacher needs,the existing training activities are difficult to meet the individual needs of different teachers;from From the perspective of the "dual-qualified" teacher training system,there is a lack of recognition for "dual-qualified" teachers,and the training-related system is not perfect.Through analysis,it is found that the reasons are the lack of pre-employment practical skills training,the school-based training organization is not perfect,the training plan is not systematic,the enterprise’s participation in teacher training is low,and the incentive system and evaluation system are not perfect.Finally,the basic countermeasures for the problems and reasons are as follows: give full play to the effectiveness of the school-based role and promote the improvement of teachers’ practical skills;build a teacher development center and improve the training organization;carry out training needs analysis,optimize project design and management;improve the school-enterprise cooperation system,and work together Build an industry-university-research platform;standardize the identification of "dual-professional" teachers,and improve relevant system guarantees. |
