Research On The Correlation Between Exercise Motivation And Exercise Behavior Of Higher Vocational Colleges Students Under The Background Of Normalized Prevention And Control Of The COVID-19

Higher vocational colleges are an important part of my country’s higher education system.Higher vocational colleges provide a steady stream of technical talents for all walks of life in our country.In an environment where the country attaches great importance to the physical health of adolescents and the new crown epidemic,the relationship between exercise behavior and exercise motivation of college students in higher vocational colleges is studied,and those who have experienced home isolation,closed school management and are in the period of normalized prevention and control of the new crown epidemic It is of practical significance to restore and promote physical health of college students,and at the same time provide reference materials for relevant government departments to formulate documents and materials related to the epidemic exercise behavior of college students after the new crown pneumonia epidemic.This article uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method(Excel,SPSS23.0)for research.Among them,the questionnaire survey method uses the "Exercise Motivation Scale" revised by Chen Shanping and the "Physical Activity Rating Scale" revised by Liang Deqing to carry out the exercise motivation and exercise behavior of the2017-2019 college students of Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology.survey.The research results are: exercise motivation has gender and grade difference;exercise behavior has gender and grade difference;ability motivation level does not match with ability motivation and exercise behavior;the correlation between exercise motivation and exercise frequency is generally low.Based on the research results,the countermeasures provided are: attach importance to the exercise behavior of female college students in higher vocational colleges;promote the exercise behavior of senior vocational college students;intervene in the development of the ability and motivation of college students in higher vocational colleges;epidemic prevention and control need to exercise with higher vocational college students The frequency is coordinated.
