History and Society is an important component of Junior school basic curriculum, which is the main route to realizing the reality, understanding the society, learning the world. History and Society (II) curriculum standards made it clear that the purpose of the curriculum is to" understand the natural environment of human life in different geographical differences, cultural characteristics, historical change"," thinking of traditional culture and foreign culture in the creation process, from different angles, comprehensive attempt a variety of knowledge to explore social problems"," pay attention to the development of Chinese civilization history" and other requirements.In view of this, this study attempts to from a new perspective--from the perspective of multicultural education, history and society curriculum teaching goal, teaching content and teaching strategy research, hope to the middle school teachers in the teaching of social society of multicultural education provide some inspiration, but also for the high school curriculum reform to society further provided useful reference. My essay is divided into four Parts:"Abstract" part introduced the research background and issues to be explored, and then the and" multicultural education" of culfure"," cultural diversity" and other concepts, then carding, summary of worldwide research on multicultural education and the development of Chinese multicultural education development status, from macroscopical, rational perspective on multicultural education and related concepts are summarized and analyzed, finally find out the multicultural education and social studies curriculum two relation.Secondly, according to combing the history and social curriculum standards,multicultural education goals and content of the history and social courses, setting the goals of the multicultural education in history and social teaching are as follows:knowledge and skill, procedure and method, emotion, attitude and value.Thirdly, based on the part of teaching target setting and history and social course, Respectively from the following several aspects:multicultural knowledge, multicultural skills, multicultural emotion and the same time elaborate them in detail.Fourthly,we define the concept that the history and social teaching of the multicultural education strategies. After that we find out the teaching and extracurricular resources covered in the multicultural resources, according to the course of multicultural education goal analysis of different teaching methods in social course multicultural teaching’s different characteristics by some examples. Finally based on the new concepts of curriculum and multicultural education and from the following respects:Promote the teachers’multicultural literacy, the students’s active participation and the reasonable supplement of teaching content to proposed the contribute to the course of recommendations of multicultural education in history and the social course.
