Education to promote social development. In today’s increasingly competitive real environment, higher education for personal development is also crucial. In the majority of rural households in China, the family as their children for higher education investment entities affected by various factors. At present, on the one hand, a large number of college students each year in the college enrollment towards the society, on the other hand, the economic development of the financial crisis situation is not optimistic. Employment Pressure is increasing rural households choose consumer demand for higher education are becoming increasingly cautious.In order to guide rational choice of the majority of rural households in consumer demand for higher education, rational consumption of higher education, and pay closer attention to the real needs of rural families to higher education state of and trends, it is necessary depth study of higher education in consumer demand for rural householdsstatus and characteristics of a series of relevant factors, the analysis of rural household consumption demand of higher education.Hubei rural land for the above-mentioned practical needs of a sample of the statistics and analysis of the detailed survey data trying to consumer demand for higher education by rural households in Hubei Province, to analyze and discuss higher education and the relationship between consumer demand characteristics and influencing factors, demand type, clearer image of higher education, to provide a solution to solve the problems in the rural households of higher education in consumer demand.In this study, family factors, higher education, the status quo, the three aspects of higher education types were analyzed. Focus on families of parents’education level, occupation, and family annual income of family factors on the wishes of the consumer demand of higher education; Higher Education to select the most concerned about the quality of higher education in the survey and the employment rate, it comes to focus on rural high school widespread phenomenon of repeat. Type of higher education is focused on university type, professional choices, and in recent years, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the impact and influence of foreign higher education to the higher education market in the Mainland to attract. Survey and analysis found that rural households in Hubei Province Higher Education in consumer demand following major characteristics:First, rural households in Hubei Province on the higher education consumer satisfaction; second, Hubei Province Education for Rural Family Consumer demand for the purpose of short-term utilitarian; Hubei Province Education for Rural Family’willingness to consume is very strong, but limited capacity to pay, a strong sense of the irrational. Fourth, the consumer demand of higher education of rural households in Hubei Province by the combined effects of the employment rate, quality of employment and other factors. Influencing factors of consumer willingness of Hubei Province Education for Rural Family, this study explores the following strategies. The first is to develop reasonable standards of higher education fees, to enhance the higher education spending power of rural households;to improve the subsidy system to the poor students of rural households; fully understand the properties and risks of the consumption of higher education; five is a reasonable guide higher education consumer behavior of rural households; six, is to improve the employment rate and quality of college graduates; to guide a variety of channels to increase investment in higher education; to expand the supply of high-quality educational resources; to explore a variety of cooperative education mode; to update the concept of protection of rural households of higher education interests of consumers.
