" Consumer of Participating golf tourism " mainly refers to people who leave their residence to go to other places(foreign countries)and play golf for the main purpose.In this process,in order to meet the needs of travel activities,they buy,use goods or receive services.The research on the consumer demand and influencing factors of participatory golf tourism can not only enrich the theoretical knowledge of consumer behavior,sports marketing,golf tourism consumer market development and other related disciplines,but also meet the consumer demand of participatory golf tourism and promote the improvement of golf course quality and service level.This study uses the methods of literature analysis,expert interviews,questionnaires,field visits,mathematical statistics and other research methods.From the perspective of consumer demand,it analyses the needs of participant Golf tourists who travel to Kunming from different places,and understands the current situation and problems in the development of Kunming golf tourism consumer market services.On this basis,the following conclusions are drawn through the analysis,collation,induction,deduction,logical reasoning and other steps:Firstly,42.40% of the respondents came from China(non-Yunnan Province),of which 63.60% were male consumers;the top three consumers were 50-59 years old,40-49 years old and 30-39 years old;55.70% were university undergraduates;5.40%were private owners.Secondly,the top three golf tours in Kunming were: 6 times or more,1 time(including this time)and 2 times;the top three golf courses in popularity were: Spring City Lake Golf Club,Yulong Bay Golf Club and Chihu Lake Golf Club;91.22% of consumers traveled mainly by plane;the top three tours were: 11.Golden Week,Spring Festival and New Year's Day.Thirdly,the order of consumer demand for participatory golf tourism in Kunming is as follows: demand for golf course design environment(M=4.15),demand for golf course caddy service(M=3.90),demand for club derivative service(M=3.75),demand for golf course coach service(M=3.64),demand for matching facilities(M=3.58),and demand for matching services(M=3.56).Among the second-level indicators,the top three needs of respondents were: green interpretation service for caddies(M = 3.90),transportation service for clubs(M = 3.90),and local tourism line consultation service for clubs(M = 3.89).Fourthly,the respondents' demand for matching facilities and derivative services of the ball club varies significantly from place of origin,from gender to coach,from age to age,from average monthly income to the moon.There are significant differences in the number of times of playing between the requirement of field design environment and the requirement of supporting facilities.Fifthly,the products and services with supply and demand gap in Kunming Golf Club are as follows: "Kunming Golf Course Caddy provides sand-filling service","Kunming Golf Course Caddy Field Data Statistical Service","Kunming Golf Course has 4-star hotels","Kunming Golf Course has 5-star hotels","Kunming Golf Course has indoor golf simulation training".Xiji,Kunming Golf Course has indoor artificial green,Kunming Golf Course has swimming pool,Kunming Golf Course sells club brand for Homa,Kunming Golf Course sells club brand for Biemlfdlkk,Kunming Golf Course Coaches provide physical fitness testing service,Kunming Golf Club provides SPA service,Kunming Higher.Golf Club provides local specialty consulting services,Kunming Golf Club provides local tourism quality line consulting services,Kunming Golf Club provides local attractions ticket ordering services,Kunming Golf Club has a small children's amusement park,a total of 15.Sixthly,the design environment,supporting facilities and caddie services are necessary services,and the needs of respondents are not affected by income level.Course coach service is a necessary service with high-end service nature,and the demand for investigation increases with the increase of income.Club derivative services belong to high-end services,and the demand of respondents is greatly affected by income level.Seventh,in the development of Kunming Golf Tourism Consumption Market,there are some problems,such as inadequate golf course caddie service items,inadequate professional ability of caddie service,inadequate golf course supportingfacilities,lack of professional golf equipment,inadequate golf club supporting services,weak golf tourism consumption industry chain,less types of golf club derivative services.Law to meet consumer needs and other issues.Eighth,the countermeasures to further improve and enhance the service of Kunming golf tourism market are: to add golf course caddy service items,enhance caddy service professional ability,speed up the construction of golf course supporting facilities,introduce professional golf equipment,improve supporting service items,build golf tourism consumption industry chain,clarify market source segmentation,and provide different types of golf tourists.Derivative services to meet consumer needs.
