The junior middle school stage is a key period for the growth ofstudents, at this stage is not only important to lay a good foundation forlearning, should also pay attention to the physical quality developmentand exercise habit. The leisure sports is the student according to theirown interests and choice of elevated body quality training of sportsinterest of an activity, leisure sports will have a direct impact on thestudents health, related to the quality of the whole nation, therefore onthe junior middle school students leisure sports research has the veryoutstanding real significance and far-reaching strategic significance.This study adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire,mathematical statistics and interviews and other research methods, onthe southwest of the Shanghai city junior middle school studentsparticipation in leisure sports films analyzed current situation.The results of this study are as follows:1. Most of junior middle school students in leisure time arrangementsand ignore physical exercise.2. Different physical and mental, personality characteristics makeboys and girls in the choice of sports has the certain difference.3. The junior middle school students to participate in leisure sportsand the frequency of each exercise time is low.4. Most of junior high school students of the southwest area ofShanghai in leisure sports have a strong interest, different gender,different ages of the students exist differences.5. The junior middle school students to participate in leisure sportsbehavior choice motivation is" to enhance physical fitness".6. The administrative department of the education policy, sunsports, sports for senior high school entrance examination reform ofleisure sports development to create good environment. 7. The status of the exam-oriented education, the single physicaleducation teaching and the lack of the leisure sports venues are themain factors limiting development of leisure sports.And put forward the following suggestions:1. To improve the awareness of school leaders at all levels of sports,establish overall development outlook of education and adapt to thefuture society needs talent view.2. Establish the new concept of time and space, the space ofschool sports should extend to social, family.3. Play society, school, family role of the Trinity, guiding students toscientific and reasonable arrangement of spare time.4. Launch social forces, efforts to improve the school, communitysports venues and facilities, in order to meet the students leisure sportsdemand.5. The sports teaching should focus on the cultivation of studentsconsciousness of lifelong physical education, cultivate students interestin physical education and talent, promote students sports ability.6.Strengthen teaching reform, explore new ideas, to change thecurrent teaching process and evaluation of malpractice. |
