| Protection of the social vulnerable groups to promote the development of everyone’s freedom and equality has become the basic demands of today’s civilized society. As the community concern more for social vulnerable groups, such complex social and educational issue as the neglected children is bound to draw public attention. Therefore, it is not only a necessary issue of social development of educational equity requirements but also a kind of people’s examining and pursuing to our own lives that paying close attention to the survival state of the neglected children in the kindergarten. This is the first from the perspective of the education equality and human cares to ensure every infant grow healthily and happily.This study used the case study method and took the purpose of sampling a neglected child, making an on-the-spot investigation in the living condition. I have walked into her real life to study the real state and situation of the neglected children. In addition, I showed the real life sate of the neglected children in kindergartens using narratives. So I argued that three main elements including families, children themselves and teachers would influence the living condition of the neglected children in kindergartens combined with interviews of the teachers and parents. I argued the construction of the neglected children’s ideal living condition in kindergartens in the last part of the article. In order to realize the neglected children fairly enjoy the necessary education and development vision, we should realize the following requirements:caring and understanding the children, safeguarding the dignity of children, affording equal opportunity to the children, keeping the emotional objectivity and neutrality, using dialogue education to promote communication. |
