The Research On The Employment Condition Of Medical Academic Graduates In Anhui Province And The Corresponding Solutions

Objective:Through the study of employment condition of graduates from2006to2010in Anhui medical academy and the analysis of the employment condition ofmedical students and its influencing factors as well as its corresponding solutions toconduct the employment guidance of the graduates.Target and Method: As to the employment condition of medical students as well asthe problems they encounter， we study the influencing factors of medical studentsemployment with the employment condition of Anhui medical academicians and theenrollment of postgraduates considered. Database in Excel2003， Statistic analysis inSPSS13.0.Result:1.The employment rate of graduates of Anhui medical academy maintains atthe level of60%-76%.2.The majority select the medical units， the minority select theteaching units，those for the business units have been on the rise.3.Anhui Province is themajor employment market with neighbouring cities take the rest part， among whichwealthy places taking the priority. After the reform of the state employment system， theproportion of the students targeting units of municipal level has decreased while the ratioof those targeting units of basic level excesses the previous one.5.The proportion ofstudents being postgraduates has been raised， of which female surpasses the male.Conclution:1.The employment rate of Anhui medical academic graduates has beenon the positive trend.2.The major emplyment market would be the central part of thecountry.3.The emplyment division has turned to be diversified after the nationalemplyment system reform.4.The develpoment of Anhui Province has promoted theemployment condition of its graduates.5.Medical graduates are faced with moreopportunities after the reform of the sanitation system.
