The Researches On The Employment Issues And Its Countermeasures About The Professional Students In Anhui Province

With the all-round promotion of the normal students' job market, the normal student job market has changed.The normal students of the Normal College or University, especially, the junior college students face serious employment challenges. Employment is the people's livelihood, the the junior college students' employment suffer from the future of students, the school's development and the society's stability.In this paper, the research on object is the junior college graduated students in 2008 session a new building university in Anhui Province. The random sample is 4 different categories of new building universities in Anhui Province, which conducts a survey of the employment situation. The means which literature analysis, interviews and questionnaires, logic analysis, and other research methods were investigated. The investigated count include graduated employment pressures, the attitude of employment prospects , choice the future after graduation, basis of choice the future career, the way of the employment, employment units' intentions, expectations of the first pay after graduation, advantage of the major in the job market, the ways career counseling or vocational guidance, the main way of employment information, their own businesses, willing to work in rural areas, the most willing area after graduation, to consider the main factors employment , the most wanting help from the university before graduation, the main reason of the hard employment in university students ,and so on. The results showed the employment of the junior college graduated students in Anhui Province that are many defects and deficiencies in the above-mentioned aspects .To be aimed at the main problem, the paper presents the corresponding develope countermeasures, includes the following major areas: the reform and development of colleges and universities, to improve all-round quality of the junior college students, government measures, to change the selection criteria for units.
