A Study On How To Cultivate The Aerobics Field Students Of Anhui Normal Colleges To Adapt To Employment Needs

College physical education major is the cradle to cultivate physical education talents.The aim and the pattern of running this major influence the physical education development of our country.The cultivation of physical education teachers directly decides the quality development of physical education.Whether its standard and quality can meet the needs of society and basic education reform or not tests the teaching quality of college physical education in middle schools and primary schools,even entire education system of our country.The employment of college graduates is closely related to personnel resources disposition and social stability.The employment rate of college graduates is an important index to measure college education quality.The employment situation of college graduates becomes one major concern of society.Nowadays,the employment situation of P.E.major graduates is severe. Although the employment situation of aerobics field graduates is better than that of entire P.E.major graduates,the employment rate is prone to fall.How to seek corresponding employment counter measures according to changing employment situation is an urgent issue that aerobics field in every college must solve.Through surveys and analysis,the author has got the research results as follow:1.The employment rate of P.E.major graduates descends every year. The employment rate of aerobics field graduates is above the average employment rate of P.E.major graduates.Most aerobics field students are aware of the current employment situation,they love their field, and they have a good prospect of the development chances in this field. So they are active and positive towards reality.But few students have too high expectations about employment,their employment ideas can' t adapt to the demands of job market.2.The surreys show that Anhui middle schools and primary schools need aerobics field graduates much.So aerobics field graduates have mort employment space.But the employment of aerobics field graduates is influenced by some factors:too high expectations for employment,lack of teaching abilities,poor overall qualities.3.The teaching aims of Anhui college aerobics field can' t needs of society.The teaching system is a little in disorder,should be systematized.The teaching methods are supposed to be improved. Students' technical ability and practice ability should be cultivated.4.Our country pays more attention to college graduates employment, provide college graduates with favorable conditions and policies. What' s more,implementing national aerobics program and reforming P.E. teaching create better social circumstances for aerobics field graduates.
