Quick change of technology,global access to economy andculture,the variety of mass media and diversification of social valuehave impacted on people’s moral value system and have affectedpeople’s moral bagavior nowadays.China,as a courtry which issuffering from social transition,meet the fact that some of the Chinesepeople is lack of virtue.In fact,no matter in which stage of socialdevelopment, ideological and moral education haven’ t beenneglected or ignored.But the ideological and moral education whichtakes such a long time and vigour is criticized by public and the poorefficiency of it become an indisputable fact.The researches in the aspect of psychology ethics and some othersubjects have shown that ‘emotion is not only internal motivative systemsupporting conscience but the external representation to express thedevelopment of human’s spirit as well.’Therefore,it is the effective wayto change the current situation of ideological and moral education bystrengthening the students emotional experience,promoting thedevelopment of students major moral formation and developingstudents’ own individual moral system.This paper attempts to card emotional experience of education inprimary schools systematically through the research from the author’sown primary school and analysis from the perspective of themanagement of education,base on which to build the educationalgoal of emotional experience in primary scool stage and coreframework of education content.Summariaing the way to putemotional exoerience education into effect in order to help optimizethe actual result.The first chapter is introduction.It introduce the background of thisstudy,the purpose and significance of research,the methods and ideas used in this paper and make a brief list of current study at home andabroad on this issue.In the second chapter,the paper discuss the meaning of the‘emotional experience’ and ‘emotional experience education’ at first.Secondly, it clarify the meaning and characteristics of emotionalexperience education in the primary school stage.In the third chapter,using the Z primary school as the example,weprepare putting emotional education into effect in the future by takinga questionnaire survey analysis of students in experimental class,knowing about the emotional situation of current students and findingout the weakness through statistical data and analysis.The forth chapter focuses on the the combination of theory andpractice,mainly from different aspects such as the content and targetsystem of emotional experience education,way of the implementationof it and the mean of it to summarize the specific approaches andexperience during the practical stage.The fifth chapter is the summary of preliminary achievements andexisting problems after the execution of emotional experienceeducation and it puts forward the countermeasure and advice ofimproving the emotional experience at the same time.
