With the advance of second curriculum reform, it has been agreedon "Student Focus" concept in the classroom teaching to emphasizestudents creative thinking ability, advancing students’ development."Differences in literacy teaching" is based on "differentiationteaching". Thinking of individual differences between students, theteaching approach has promoted by setting layered design objective,picking up the differentiated and utilizing the differentiated strategy, toaccomplish the development of ability of students in the literacyprocess.The five essential characteristics are as follows: first of all, to know ofthe differences between students is the start of differentiation teaching.Secondly, according to the differences, to set layered design objective.Thirdly, to use a variety of literacy based on differences betweenstudents in the teaching. Fourthly, not to uniform standard in theevaluation. Fifthly, the purpose is to allow promotion on each studentfrom previous basis.This article focuses on the classroom literacy practice research,focuses on the specific implementation of differentiated teaching, tostudy three aspects: the first part implemented through questionnairesand interviews to determine the differences in the diagnostic content ofstudents literacy diagnosis, the accumulation of a practical basis forfuture research. The second part described the layered designdifferences in the study of differences in literacy teaching practice andliteracy teaching objectives of the strategy, a reasonable choice ofdifferent literacy strategies and a variety of methods to guide studentsof teaching content literacy strategy. The third part explained in detailsof the difference in literacy teaching evaluation function, content,methods and principles. This study not only bring a new concept of literacy teaching, butfind in practice the use of differentiated instruction to improve literacyteaching in efficiency strategy, which is of great significance for thegeneral improvement in the quality of literacy teaching and toenhance teachers professional development.
