Explosive power is one of the important manifestations of the rapid force. The quality of explosive power has been the key factors that can deeply influence the competition results. Domestic and foreign physical education workers have continuously attached great importance to the related study and research of explosive power, and they also have rich theoretical results and practical experience. In recent years, the basic strength and explosive power training of our athletes have been gradual ly paid more and more attention to. But compared with foreign strong opponents, our athletes’explosive power quality still has significant differences.As one of the tanning methods of strength quality, resistance training has been widely adopted by the team. With regard to how many the loads and use what specific means for the whole body of the explosive training is better, there is difference between the coaches. Based on the analysis of the factors that influence the explosive power size and the sorting of explosive force training means, this paper-expounds the principle of improvement of explosive power for the whole body in different loads of resistance training, and the mechanism of (?) the explosive power with great strength of resistance training was deeply studied in the paper.By using literature review, expert interview, case study, statistic analysis and logical analysis, the paper takes experimental study and theoretical analysis on how the different intensity of power clean trainings influence the explosive power over the whole body. This paper chooses20athletes of track and field sports teams of Shanxi province as the research object, and makes the experimental objects into the experimental group and the control group. T test is made between the two groups in age, height, body weight and four performances that reflect the quality of the explosive force, and the results showed that the two groups have no significant differences. In the process of the ten-week experiment, the contents of base strength training for the experimental group and the control group are same, while the load intensity in the explosive power is different/After the experiment, the author tests the four indexes and carries on the statistical processing and analysis and comes into the following conclusions:1Through different levels of Power Clean practice for the research participants in these two groups, the four scores of the experimental group are improved significantly. In the control group whose scores have also been improved, only the place the high jump to touch and the cast after proves improve significantly. That suggest Power Clean practice is good effect to the explosive Power of the whole body.2After the experiment, the ranges of all the scores in the experimental group are obviously higher than those in the control group. On the conditions that are same, the research suggests that the effects of more than80%of that big load high over to the whole body of the explosive force practice are better than30%-60%of the small and medium-sized load turn power clean practice.3Through different levels of Power Clean practice for the research participants in these two groups, the average increased ranges of power clean load in the experimental group are clearly higher than those in the control group, which shows that blasting power clean practice is superior to the small and medium-sized one in terms of increasing the. Power Clean1RM value.Due to the limitation of the experimental condition and the author’s academic capabilities, this dissertation has the following shortages: the small size of sample selection, short training time, and not so deep-in research. The research object are mainly professional athletes who are trained for ages, the special training time are long, and the athletes have received much special training, which all have certain effects on the experimental results.
