In other words,the swimming competition is more about speed.The faster the horizontal speed is,the less time it takes.Therefore,how to improve the horizontal speed of athletes has been a hot topic in the swimming field.For the short distance swimming competition,the quality of the start of the swim will directly affect the result of the whole race,after the passage of time,the rule changes,today’s swimmers in the race to use more squat start technique.The swimming squat start movement belongs to the explosive movement,the size of the explosive force will directly affect the effect of the athletes start,thus affecting the result of the competition.Through literature review,we know that high-turn training is one of the movements that develop full-body explosive,which is seldom used in swimming strength training,and the training intensity is not clear.In order to explore which intensity of power clean can better improve the horizontal speed of the body center of gravity of the squatting style of swimming,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the coaches and athletes to choose the load during the high turn training in the future.This paper explores the content of the research by means of documentary,video analysis,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experiment.Experimental method is the most important method in this paper.This paper selected 18 students from the class of 2018 swimming in Beijing sport university as the experimental subjects.Before the experiment began,the subjects learned the high-turn movement for 3 weeks,so that the 18 subjects mastered power clean movement.At the end of the study,the 1RM of the athlete’s power clean movement was calculated by the estimation method,and 18 subjects were randomly divided into three groups,namely 30%1RM group,50%1RM group and 80%1RM group.Then each group carried out power clean of different intensity according to their respective intensity and load capacity.The training was conducted twice a week for a total of eight weeks.Squatting type ju of the athletes before and after the experiment,calculate the athlete’s slide out of the station,into the water,to 7 m body centre of gravity is horizontal velocity,the analysis of athlete body center of gravity of horizontal velocity difference before and after the experiment,in addition,the relative power of the test subjects before and after the experiment(relative power),analysis of different intensity high double training on the subject of the influence of relative power,and the relative power and the subjects of slide away from Taiwan,into the water,to 7 m when the body center of horizontal velocity correlation analysis.Conclusion:1.Power clean can effectively improve the horizontal speed of the swimmer’s starting body center of gravity by squatting.2.In the training,the application of power clean with training intensity of50%1RM has more obvious effect on the improvement of horizontal speed of the body center of gravity from the squatting position.3.After 8 weeks of experiment,the average relative power of the athletes in each group increased during power clean.The medium training intensity of 50%1RM should be used in future explosive force training.4.There was a positive correlation between the relative explosive power of the swimmers and the horizontal speed of the center of gravity of the athletes.
