Goal: To investigate the effect of different optimal load by clean training on maximal strength and explosive strength,then change the traditional method of determining the training load,for improving the athletic performance and providing certain theoretical basis and practical reference for maximal strength and explosive force training.Methods: 30 male college students majoring in sports training and physical education in Beijing Sport University were selected.Before the training intervention,the maximum strength(1RM clean)and explosive force(vertical-jump-touchingheight,standing-long-jump,forward-throwing solid ball,back-throwing solid ball,CMJ vertical jump)were tested.Then Tendo was used to measure the weight corresponding to the point with the maximum power output of the subjects at the 50%-90%1RM clean,which is called optimal load(OL).Then the subjects were randomly divided into 80%OL group(n=10),100%OL group(n=10)and 120%OL group(n=10)for the 8 weeks,with different intensity(base on optimal load)setting of clean training intervention.Results:(1)1RM clean had a significant change in the 120%OL group,100%OL group and 80%OL group(p<0.05),and significant differences were found in the intergroup data of 120%OL group and 80%OL group(p<0.05).(2)there was a significant change in the improvement of the clean optimal load of 120%OL group and100%OL group(p<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the inter-group data and that of 80%OL group(p<0.05).(3)120%OL group and 100%OL group vertical-jump-touching-high had a significant improvement(p<0.05),and the maximal speed of 100%OL group and 80%OL group exists significant difference(p<0.05),(4)120%OL group standing-long-jump performance and power of improvement is significant(p<0.05),100%OL group and 80%OL group in the standing long jump there was no significant difference(p>0.05).(5)the improvement of forward-throwingsolid-ball in 120%OL group,100%OL group and 80%OL group was significant(p<0.05),but there was no difference between the groups after intervention(p>0.05).(6)the improvement of back-throwing-solid-ball 120%OL experimental group,100%OL group and 80%OL group was significant(p<0.05).The performance of120%OL group and 100%OL group were significantly different from those of 80%OL group after intervention(p<0.05).(7)120%OL and 80%OL improved the CMJ vertical jump significantly(p<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the 80%OL group(p>0.05).Conclusions:(1)the group of 120%OL,100%OL and 80%OL in showed significant improvement in clean 1RM,and the intervention effect of 120%OL was significantly better than that of 80%OL.(2)120%OL and 100%OL groups showed a significant increase in the clean optimal load,which was significantly better than that of the 80%OL group.(3)the explosive performance of 120%OL and 100%OL experimental group was improved better than that of 80%OL experimental group,the intervention effect of 100%OL on speed was better than 120%OL and 80%OL,and the intervention effect of 120%OL on power was better than that of 100%OL and 80%OL. |
